  数学教研组在认真贯彻李校长提出的教学《十六字》方针为宗旨,在教学处领导、指导下,教研组、备课组共同研究、参与下,认真贯彻、落实“吃透两头、精讲精练、培养习惯、指导方法”的优质课堂教学要求,大面积提高学生的学习兴趣、学习成绩,做出了一定的成绩。现就教研组的一些比较可行、富有成效的校本研修措施总结:
  一、校本教研
  1、理顺教研工作程序
  为使数学教学质量整体稳步提高,教研组认真理顺教学、教研工作程序、提高教学、教研工作的针对性、有效性、连贯性。按照学校总体工作要求,大力推动和加强教研组工作的规范化。做到责任明确,学期工作目标层层分解到各个备课组和每一位教师,减少不必要的中间环节和碰撞;教研组认真、细致的指导、帮助备课组高效开展工作;日常工作真正做到按时、有准备、按质完成教学工作。
  2、备课环节的一些好做法
  ⑴超前备课、学期备课
  教学工作要有超前性,备课工作要有前瞻性,这样才能做到对教学工作心中有数,很好的把握教材的意图和学科教学的双基要求,使教学的随意性得到有效的控制。
  ⑵个人自己备课时要充分收集、整合、归纳三~五种教辅资料的例题、题型,保证课堂教学中能讲清、讲透、讲深入透彻,从而保证教学思路思想、解题方法上有一定的高度。
  ⑶数学课堂教学中始终贯彻重基础、重通法,强化知识应用,提升综合解题能力。同时教学中要时时关注历年的中考试题,提升教学的针对性和教学的高度。⑷课堂教学中坚持精讲多练(一般讲练比为2∶3),多反馈,快反馈。以反馈信息随时调整课堂教学的节奏和教学设计,使课堂教学发挥最大的教学效益。⑸加大课内、课外数学训练的容量、密度,以提高学生对知识的理解度和熟练度。当然,这里应处理好训练的题量的一个度的问题。
  ⑹备课组活动中始终坚持以研究教材、研究教法学法为主,并重视对例题、习题的的筛选和选配,以发挥课堂效益的最大化;备课活动中坚持做到①做好教材分析;②备教法学法;
  ③备例题、习题和研究周测命题等。
  ⑺认真写好教后记,在教案中有体现渗透德育及素质教育的内容。
  3培养学习习惯
  课前两分钟的充分利用
  培养课代表提前准备:两分钟时间带领同学做些什么、如何做好。
  ⑵听课习惯的培养
  认真听课、积极思维、大胆发言、做好笔记、不懂的`问题及时发问。
  作业
  作业要精选,力争做到既能减轻学生过重的学业负担,又能及时很好地掌握知识。
  注意学生作业规范书写的要求和习惯的培养。
  作业的批改应做到及时、细致、准确、对少数作业错误较多的学生提倡面批面改。
  培养良好的学习习惯,及时检查学生的教科书及课堂练习,以检查督促学生看书和记笔记的学习习惯的养成。
  4上课
  要求:
  (1)目标要准。
  (2)过程要清。
  (3)讲解要精。
  (4)板书要正。
  (5)训练要实。
  (6)教态要亲。
  强调:
  贯彻素质教育思想,抓好课堂教学。
  激发学生的学习兴趣,千方百计让学生爱学习。
  (3)面向全体学生,注意学生的阅读能力,探索能力及掌握数学思想方法能力的培养。
  (4)注意及时反馈信息,及时解决问题。
  (5)提倡教学民主,同时做好培优补差工作。
  二、校本培训
  根据我校教师的实际情况,制定了教师的基本教学能力培训为主方向的校本培训,进一步促进教师的专业化发展。校本培训的主要内容为
  1《数学试题的编制》
  2《数学试题的评价》
  3《数学试题的命题原则、方法》
  4《数学教师解题能力》
  5《数学课堂现代教育技术实用》
  6解答《走向成功》等试题
  7复习课、习题课的课型的教学专题研究
  8、理论讲座、专题讲座
  校本培训的形式是:
  ①确定每一次的研训的主题、主讲人,教研组确定专题的培训的材料、试题,并提前一周发给教研组每一位教师,教师做好培训的预习准备工作;
  ②教研组培训时,由主讲人进行主题报告,全体教师集体研讨,然后由主讲人答疑解惑,最后教研组长进行培训总结;
  ③结合本次培训要求在本周内教师要自己结合教学进行培训后的反思。
  三、期中、期末的复习模式
  总结几学期的考前复习的成功与失败的案例,以下的这些做法是值得形成教研组的复习规范;
  备课组学术气氛浓厚,团结协作;
  在复习命题前备课组能安排专门时间收集历届同期试题,琢磨、研究考试命题的主要方向、主要考试题型、试卷的基本结构;
  集体备“题”,既备知识点,又备典型题型,最后初步确定应选编的试题;
  根据考试要求进行组卷,做到题型准确、难易适中,整套试卷具有一定的区分度;
  复习试卷注意应以知识目标、能力目标为训练要求,宜以单项训练卷为主,综合训练卷为辅,复习中一定要处理好单项训练与综合训练的关系;
  对复习训练中出现的典型、高频率的错误,应及时配合纠正训练试卷加以订正练习;
  各备课组在考前四周应全部命完复习试卷,并由教研组组织有关把关教师进行审核通过后才能使用
  四、加强师德修养,使德育渗透于课堂,德育教育贯穿于教学之中
  作为教师,在传授知识的同时,更应该教会学生学会做人,学会学习,学会创新。所以除了结合具有德育内涵的教学内容进行有关的爱国主义等德育教育之外,更加注重老师的师德修养,用老师勤奋塌实的工作作风,严谨的治学态度以及深厚的知识功底去感染学生,成为他们学习的典范。无数次看到我们教师跟学生促膝相谈,学生也非常愿意把知心话与数学老师沟通,整个教研组教师的数学课都是在师生非常和谐的氛围中进行,也更加坚定了我们要把自己的本职工作做得更好,更出色,为附中“全市领先、全国知名”的办学目标而努力工作。
